The 9th Annual Mustang Saddle Up Auction is coming April 15th! Get ready to hoot an’ holler at our adults-only Western bash held at the Roxborough Park Foundation. This year the auction is raising money to fund bussing for field trips, curriculum needs, technology updates, and staff appreciation so the district budget can go directly to the teachers.
How do we get items for the auction?
Classes organize themed baskets
Local businesses donate items (Want to help? Email PTIO!)
Teachers and staff offer experiences for the students
We also ask YOU, our SRE families to donate items or experiences that we can auction off. We are looking for:
Individual items like goods, alcohol, signed items, etc.
Experiences like timeshares, condo stays, activity passes, photography, etc.
As a 501(c)3 nonprofit, your donation is also tax deductible. Your business logo can be showcased on Handbid alongside your donation, and we are happy to provide a tax receipt for your write-off upon request.
So far this year, your amazing fundraising at the Mustang Stampede allowed PTIO to fund every single item on the Art, Music and PE wish lists. I know we can make this event even more successful!
