Cookie Decorating Virtual Event

Upcoming Events
Movie Night – Friday, January 15 for SRE’s annual movie night and watch Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa. If you and your friends have Netflix (or other viewing platforms), you can watch via Teleparty. Teleparty will sync your video and has a group chat function. The SRE PTIO has teamed up with Cornzapoppin to offer a 20% discount on orders placed by SRE families through Friday 1/15 (they’re also offering $4 delivery in Highlands Ranch!). Use code “SRE” for your online order or mention you’re with SRE when placing your order in person or over the phone.
Stock the Lounge – If you would like to help stock the lounge for our dedicated Saddle Ranch staff, please see the sign up genius for ideas and to sign up! You can also contact Melissa Mottinger at melissa@mottinger.com or 303-921-4970 to coordinate drop off of your item(s) with her OR just label and drop off on the doorstep at your convenience.
Bingo Night – We are currently in need of Bingo Night chairperson(s). It is expected to be a virtual this year so it’s all new and different. If you are interested in chairing and/or helping with this event, please e-mail SREPTIO@gmail.com. Unfortunately, the PTIO board does not have the capacity to take on this event this year. If chairperson(s) are not found, this event will not take place for 2021.
Pancakes and Hot Cocoa – Be on the lookout for information on this upcoming event.
Saddle Up Auction 2021 – This major fundraising event for SRE PTIO will take place virtually in late April/May of 2021 but planning starts NOW! If you are interested in being on the auction committee, or just helping with the event, please email SREPTIO@gmail.com.
Restaurant Nights and Fundraisers
Thanks to all those who regularly use their King Soopers rewards accounts. Those really do make a huge difference (around $2,000 a quarter) in the amount of funds coming to SRE PTIO. Be sure to have your friends and family sign up their rewards cards with SRE.
The monthly or bi-monthly Restaurant Nights not only help SRE, but also help out those community restaurants struggling with the pandemic. Please continue to support as you can. Keep reading the Thursday folder for upcoming dates and locations.
