Calling All Volunteers: Help Us Flyer the Neighborhood!

The PTIO is excited to partner with the In-N-Out Foundation to bring the food truck to Saddle Ranch on Monday, October 28th, from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM. This year, PTIO wants to ensure that all Saddle Ranch Elementary neighbors, community members, families, students, and alumni know that everyone is welcome at the In-N-Out Burger Truck Fundraiser Night! Join us for a fun “Walk and Talk” as we flyer the surrounding neighborhoods to spread the word. Here’s how you can get involved:

Volunteer Opportunities:

• Flyering Date: Monday, October 21, 2024
• Time: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM
• Location: Meet at Saddle Ranch Elementary

We’ll also need volunteers to help with ticket management on the night of the event.

Event Day Volunteer Opportunities:

• Date: October 28, 2024
• Time: 4:30 PM – 6:30 PM

It’s a fantastic way to make friends, reconnect with each other and get some exercise before the weather turns cold. Plus, you’ll be helping to spread the word about the In-N-Out Burger Truck Fundraiser!

As a reminder, tickets for the event are just $5, which includes a hamburger or cheeseburger, chips, and a soft drink. Remember, 75% of ticket sales benefit Saddle Ranch Elementary, while 25% support the In-N-Out Foundation.
